1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and oklj ("oklj," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the oklj online gaming platform accessible at oklj.net and any associated services, features, or content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or using any oklj service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

oklj reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the oklj Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. oklj does not permit access to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by oklj or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of oklj or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

oklj reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the oklj Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If oklj discovers that you hold more than one account, oklj may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify oklj immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

oklj reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

oklj is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. As part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") process, oklj may require you to submit:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or voter's ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• Any additional documentation oklj reasonably requires to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

oklj may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or full account access until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. oklj processes KYC documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oklj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. oklj does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 or such other amount as oklj may specify from time to time. oklj reserves the right to change minimum deposit amounts with reasonable notice.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. oklj aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party processing times. oklj is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.

5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from illegal activity, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

oklj may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

oklj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. oklj reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the oklj Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified random number generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. oklj does not control the outcome of any game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, oklj will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. oklj's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms. oklj is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oklj Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug must be reported to oklj and may be forfeited.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your oklj account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other players' enjoyment of it.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.

oklj reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts. oklj may also report prohibited conduct to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.

9. Responsible Gaming

oklj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. oklj provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

oklj may, at its sole discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it identifies indicators of problem gambling behavior, including but not limited to unusually high deposit frequency, extended session durations, or repeated requests to reverse self-exclusion.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the oklj Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of oklj or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of oklj.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oklj's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your oklj account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oklj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if oklj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

oklj does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. oklj is not liable for losses resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

12. Privacy & Data

oklj collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

oklj implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and oklj cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Amendments

oklj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, oklj will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact oklj's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. oklj will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

oklj operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
